1.Place garlic, parsley, cannellini beans, olive oil, lemon juice, rind and sea salt in a food processor and pulse until well mixed but not completely smooth.
2.Check flavours and adjust with lemon juice or salt to taste. 3. Spoon dip into a bowl and serve with toasted pita wedges, vegetable sticks, pretzels or the crisp treat of your choice.
