1.Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C. Lightly grease a 23cm pie plate.
2.In a large frying pan, heat 1 tablespoon oil on high. Sauté onion 2-3 minutes, until tender. Add mince and cook 4-5 minutes, breaking up lumps with the back of a spoon, until browned.
3.Mix in seasoning and cook, stirring, 1 minute. Add water. Bring to a simmer and cook 5-10 minutes, until almost all liquid evaporates. Cool.
4.Meanwhile, lightly brush tortillas all over with remaining oil. Arrange in pie plate, overlapping, to cover base and sides. Bake 8-10 minutes, until golden and crisp.
5.Stir beans and egg into cooled beef mixture. Season to taste. Spoon mixture evenly into case. Sprinkle with cheese.
6.Bake 15-20 minutes until mince is hot and cheese melts. Serve with sour cream and sweet chilli sauce.
