Method
1.Preheat oven to moderate. 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2.Arrange chicken breast fillets on prepared tray.
3.In a bowl, combine lime juice, honey, salt-reduced soy sauce, grainy mustard, chopped coriander, green onion, 2 crushed garlic cloves and red chilli.
4.Brush half over chicken. Bake for 10 minutes. Turn chicken and brush with remaining mixture. Bake for a further 10 minutes.
5.Serve with rice and steamed Asian greens.
