Method

1.Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan on high. Sauté ginger and garlic for 1 minute, until aromatic.
2.Add choy sum, peas, sauces and chilli. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, until just tender.
3.Serve immediately with rice or noodles.

Try adding cubed tofu, chicken or beef strips or even some fried noodles to this dish. Stir-fry tofu and meat in a little oil before adding remaining ingredients.
