1.Soak noodles in boiling water in a heatproof bowl for 1 minute. Stir to separate strands. Drain.
2.Heat a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Add oil; swirl to coat surface. Stir-fry pork, in batches for 3 minutes or until just cooked. Transfer to a heatproof plate.
3.Reheat wok over high heat. Add onion, asparagus and carrot; stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add broccoli and garlic; stir-fry for 2 minutes. Return pork to wok with noodles, stock and sauces; stir-fry for 1 minute or until heated through. Serve.
Use chicken, lamb or beef stir-fry strips instead of pork. Have all the ingredients chopped and ready before you begin to cook.
