Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat oven to hot, 200°C.
2.Heat a deep, non stick frying pan on high. Cook sausages 2-3 minutes, turning, until golden. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
3.Heat oil in same pan on high. Saute onion and celery 3-4 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, season and bring to boil. Return sausages. Reduce heat to low and simmer 4-5 minutes Stir peas and sauce through.
4.Spoon between four 1 1/2 cup ramekins. Top with a tomato slice and kumara mash. Dot with butter.
5.Arrange ramekins on oven tray. Bake 15-20 minutes, until golden.
