Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat oven to 180°C.
2.Heat oil in a frying pan on high. Sauté onion and garlic for 1-2 minutes, until onion is tender.
3.Add pork, sausages and bacon. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes, until golden. Transfer to a casserole dish.
4.Stir in remaining ingredients. Bake, covered, for 50-60 minutes, until pork is tender. Serve with crusty bread.

Lamb, chicken or beef can be used in place of pork. If you don’t have cannellini beans, stir in a can of baked beans.
