1.Cook pasta in large saucepan of boiling water until tender, drain. Sprinkle half the oil over pasta, toss gently.
2.Combine tomato, basil, garlic, remaining oil, vinegar and chilli in medium bowl.
3.Divide pasta among serving plates. Spoon tomato mixture over pasta, sprinkle with cheese.
To peel tomatoes, slice a cross in the bottom of each tomato, then place in a large bowl of boiling water for 1 minute, drain. Rinse under cold water, peel.
