Method

1.Preheat oven to moderate, 180 C. Line an oven tray with baking paper.
2.Dip chicken into yoghurt and roll in breadcrumbs to coat. Arrange on tray and season to taste. Spray with olive oil.
3.Bake 40-45 minutes, turning once, until golden and cooked through. Serve with extra yoghurt, and with salad and tomato chutney, if liked.

If time permits, chill the crumbed chicken for about 15 minutes, to help the breadcrumb coating adhere better. Chicken lovely legs are skinless drumsticks with part of the bone trimmed. Most children love fried chicken, but using skinless chicken legs and baking instead of frying them makes this a healthier dinner for all the family.
