1.Combine pineapple, onion, chilli, coriander, sugar and juice in a medium glass bowl.
2.Preheat a barbecue or char-grill on high. Place seasoning mix on a plate. Press both sides of pork into seasoning to coat lightly. Spray with oil. Cook pork tor 3-4 minutes each side or until cooked. Transfer to a heatproof plate. Cover with foil; rest for 5 minutes.
3.Meanwhile, cook beans in a medium saucepan of boiling water for 2-3 minutes or until bright green and tender. Drain. Place beans in a medium bowl; add butter and toss with a pinch of salt.
4.Divide beans and spinach among serving plates. Top with pork and salsa. Serve at once.
