Ingredients

Method

1.Bring a large pan of salted water to boil on high heat. Add noodles. Cook according to packet directions. Drain, reserving a little cooking liquid.
2.Melt butter in same pan. Add noodles; toss until well coated. If necessary, add a few tablespoons of cooking water, to moisten. Season with plenty of ground black pepper, to serve.

Do not overcook noodles, as they will become soggy.
