Beef lnvoltini with tomato and olives
1.Place steak flat on a board. Top each with pancetta, capsicum and basil. Season to taste. Roll up and secure with a cocktail pick.
2.Heat oil in a medium frying pan on high. Cook rolled meat for 5 minutes, turning, until browned on all sides. Finish seam-side down.
3.Pour over pasta sauce and sprinkle with olives. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10-15 minutes, turning once, until cooked through. Serve with pasta.
