Ingredients

Method

1.Heat oil in a wok on high. Stir-fry beef in batches, for 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
2.Add onion, capsicum, zucchini and garlic, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
3.Return meat to wok with all remaining ingredients. Toss mixture on medium heat for 2-3 minutes, until heated through. Serve.

Try your own favourite combination of vegetables, or use a fresh or frozen stir-fry mix available from your supermarket.
