Method

1.Cut rolls lengthwise, taking care not to cut all the way through. Spread bases with mayonnaise. Top with lettuce, pork, carrot, cucumber, celery and onion. Drizzle with sweet chilli sauce. Top with coriander. Serve

Buy pork from the deli counter. Use crusty rolls for best results.
