Method
1.Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Add pork in 2 batches; cook and stir for 2-3 minutes or until browned and cooked. Transfer to a medium heatproof bowl.
2.Add carrot, capsicum and broccoli to pan; cook and stir for 1 minute Add undrained pineapple, vinegar and sauces; cook and stir for 1 minute. Add noodles and pork; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until heated. Serve.
Try hokkien noodles instead of egg noodles; prepare as packet directs. Have everything ready, then cook just before serving.
