Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat oven to 180°C.
2.In a bowl, combine mince, oats, onion, egg, parsley, paste and flour. Season to taste. Press into four 12cm round loose-based flan pans.
3.Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through. Use paper towel to soak up any excess fat.
4.For the filling, combine all ingredients in a bowl except cheese. Season to taste. Pile into bases. Sprinkle with cheese.
5.Bake pies for 8-10 minutes until cheese melts. Remove from pans. Serve topped with sour cream and extra green onion.

Add a few drops of Tabasco or chilli sauce to the filling for a bit of a kick.
