3.In same pan, heat remaining oil on medium. Saute cabbage 1 minute. Add stock or wine and juice; simmer 3-4 minutes, stirring, until cabbage is tender.
4.Mix broccolini into cabbage. Cook, covered, a further 2 minutes, until broccolini is just tender. Season to taste.
5.To make apple salsa, in a bowl, mix all ingredients together. Season to taste.
6.Serve pork on a bed of vegetables, topped with apple salsa.
