Method
1.Preheat oven to 220°C.
2.Coat beef in mustard and pepper. Heat a large oiled frying pan; brown beef all over.
3.Place beef into heated oiled baking dish; transfer to oven. Roast beef, uncovered, about 20 minutes or until cooked as desired. Cover loosely with foil and stand 10 minutes before slicing.
