Method
1.Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C. Line an oven tray with baking paper.
2.Arrange chicken on tray. Brush with olive oil; sprinkle with chilli powder. Bake 8-10 minutes, until cooked through. Cover with foil to keep warm.
3.Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine kidney beans, tomato, chilli and coriander; simmer 5 minutes. Season to taste.
4.Heat taco shells according to packet instructions.
5.To serve, spoon bean mixture among tacos. Fill with chicken, cheese, lettuce leaves and avocado.
