Ingredients

Method

1.Combine all ingredients, except oil and sauce, in a large bowl. Season. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
2.Preheat oven to 180°C. Shape heaped tablespoons of beef mixture into balls. Heat oil in a large frying pan on high. Cook kofta in batches for 3-4 minutes, until browned. Transfer to an ovenproof dish.
3.Pour over sauce. Bake, covered, for 25-30 minutes. Serve with rice and top with coriander.
