Method
1.Place the beef, ginger, soy sauce, garlic and sesame oil in a shallow container and refrigerate for 1 hour or longer if possible.
2.Heat oil in a large frying pan and cook meat in batches over a high heat until well-coloured. Remove meat from the pan and reduce heat, add spring onions and capsicums and cook for 3 to 5 minutes until tender.
3.Return meat to the pan with sprouts, reserving a few sprouts for garnish. Toss until meat is hot and serve with rice or noodles and remaining sprouts on top.
