Method
1.Preheat oven to 180°C. Line an oven tray with baking paper.
2.Pierce potatoes with a skewer. Cook, uncovered, in microwave on high (100%) for 12-14 minutes, until tender. Cut in halves.
3.Meanwhile, combine bacon, cheese and chives. Cut a slice from base of each potato to sit flat. Scoop a little potato out of centre. Arrange potatoes on tray.
4.Chop excess potato and combine with bacon mixture.
5.Spoon beans into each potato. Top with bacon mixture. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until crispy. Serve.
If preferred, cook in microwave on high for 2 minutes.
