1.Heat a large frying pan over moderate heat. Add bacon: cook and stir 3-4 minutes or until crisp. Drain on paper towels.
2.Combine flour, egg, milk and curry powder in a large bowl; whisk until smooth. Stir in pumpkin. zucchini, onion and bacon.
3.Heat oil in a large frying pan over moderate heat. Drop 1/4 cups of mixture into pan to make small rounds. Cook 4 at a time for 2-3 minutes each side or until brown and cooked. Drain on paper towels. Serve fritters with salad.
