Method

1.Preheat oven to 180°C. Arrange prosciutto on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 5 minutes, until crisp. Cool and break into pieces.
2.Toss mesclun and avocado in a serving dish. Mix through tomatoes, basil leaves and green onions.
3.In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon or lime juice andsweet chilli sauce. Season to taste. Drizzle over salad. Top with prosciutto and serve.
