1.Place potato in a large saucepan; cover with cold water. Bring to the boil. Boil for 8 minutes, adding peas during last 2 minutes of cooking, until tender. Drain; return to pan. Add half the parsley and half the garlic butter; toss to coat. Season. Cover to keep warm.
2.Meanwhile, preheat a char-grill pan or barbecue plate over high heat. Brush mushrooms with a little of the remaining garlic butter. Add mushrooms to pan, stalk facing clown; cook for 3 minutes. Turn mushrooms, then fill mushroom cavities with remaining garlic butter. Cook for 3 minutes more or until soft. Transfer to a heatproof plate; cover to keep warm. Add beef to pan; cook for 1-2 minutes each side for medium or until cooked to your liking.
3.Transfer to a heatproof plate. Cover with foil; rest for 5 minutes. Serve beef with mushrooms. vegies and chutney. Sprinkle with remaining parsley.
