Method
1.Cook potatoes in a saucepan of boiling, salted water on medium heat for 10-15 mins, until tender. Add beans for last 5 minutes. Drain and keep warm.
2.Meanwhile, dust pork steaks with seasoned flour. Heat oil in a frying pan on high and cook pork 1-2 minutes each side. Remove from pan and keep warm.
3.Melt half of butter in same pan on medium heat. Cut potatoes into quarters and add to pan with beans and rocket. Stir-fry mixture for 1 minute, until rocket begins to wilt.
4.Divide between serving plates. Add remaining butter to pan and when melted, add lemon juice and capers. Swirl pan until simmering.
5.Place pork on plates and spoon sauce over. Season and serve with lemon wedges.
