Pepper steak with pumpkin chips

This tasty and healthy dinner is great for the whole family. Full of protein and nutrients, it's great as a post workout meal.

Method

1.Preheat oven to 220°C or 200°C fan. Line a baking tray with foil. Pat steaks dry with paper towel and press pepper onto both sides of each. Scatter rosemary over steaks, pressing down well.
2.Toss pumpkin in rice bran oil and arrange on prepared baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and tender.
3.Meanwhile, brush a chargrill with oil and heat on high. When just beginning to smoke, lightly salt steaks and cook for 3 minutes on one side. Turn and cook for 2 minutes, or until cooked to taste.
4.Serve steaks with pumpkin chips and steamed green beans.
