Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat oven to hot, 200°C. Line an oven tray with baking paper.
2.Cut the sheet of pastry into 4 even squares. Cut each square diagonally into triangles. Arrange on prepared tray Brush each with egg and sprinkle with sugar.
3.Bake for 10-15 minutes, until puffed and golden. Allow to cool.
4.Meanwhile, place the berries, liqueur and sugar in a large frying pan. Heat on low, stirring, until syrupy. Allow to cool slightly.
5.Arrange 2 pastry triangles on each serving plate. Top with berries and ice-cream. Dust with icing sugar.
