Ingredients: 1 cup flour; 1 teaspoon baking soda; 2 teaspoon baking powder; 2 tablespoon cocoa; 1/2 cup sultanas; 3/4 cup milk to make a soft dough; 2 teaspoon golden syrup; 1/4 cup sugar; 50 gram butter; 1 small cup boiling water

Method

1.Mix the first six ingredients together and put the dough into a greased pudding bowl.

2.Mix in the next four ingredients and gently pour over the pudding.

3.Steam for 30 minutes in a saucepan or stock pot with the lid on.

4.Serve with a scoop of cream or vanilla ice cream.
