Method

1.In a large bowl, combine coconut, condensed milk and all zest and juices, stirring until thick. Fold cream through.
2.Pile into tart cases. Chill until required. Serve topped with whipped cream and passionfruit pulp.

You can top with other fruit of choice, such as sliced strawberries or kiwi fruit.
