Method

1.Place chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir until melted.
2.Place 2 cups yogurt in a bowl. Stir in melted chocolate, reserving 2 tablespoons. Whisk for 5 minutes, until increased in volume. Divide between serving glasses. Chill for 30 minutes.
3.Melt reserved chocolate. Spoon remaining yogurt over chocolate yogurt. Drizzle with melted chocolate and top with grated chocolate. Serve with wafers.
