Method
1.Preheat oven to hot, 200°C. Lightly grease and line 2 baking trays.
2.In a bowl, combine bananas, chocolate, pecans, sugar, juice and cinnamon. Mix Well.
3.Layer 2 sheets filo, brushing each with butter. Cut lengthways into 3. Place 2 teaspoons-of filling on the bottom-left corner of each strip, leaving a 1cm border.
4.Fold bottom-right of strip diagonally across filling to form a triangle. Continue folding, keeping the triangle shape, until filling is enclosed. Repeat with remaining filo, butter and filling.
5.Arrange on prepared trays, seam-side down. Brush with butter and sprinkle with sugar
6.Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Serve dusted with icing sugar.
Make these an hour or two ahead of time and chill, covered until ready to bake. Replace banana with other fruit of choice, such as pear, apple or berries.
