Method
1.Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced.
2.Whisk eggs, sifted cocoa and sugar together in large bowl.
3.Heat milk in small saucepan; gradually whisk into egg mixture. Pour mixture into four ¾-cup (180ml) ovenproof dishes.
4.Place dishes in baking dish; add enough water to come halfway up sides of dishes.
5.Bake custards 45 minutes or until set. Dust with sifted icing sugar just before serving.
