Method
1.Break the chocolate into pieces. Place the cream and the chocolate into a heatproof bowl over a pot of boiling water. Heat until the mixture is smooth.
2.Cut the butter into small pieces. Beat into the chocolate mixture until all the butter is mixed in. Stir in the rum.
3.Chill mixture for 3 hours.
4.Roll mixture into balls then coat in sliced almonds. Store in the fridge.
