Method
1.Spread one side of each bread slice with butter.
2.Spread unbuttered side of four slices with onion. Top each with one cheese slice, a spoonful creamed corn and another cheese slice. Sandwich together with remaining bread slices, butter facing out.
3.Cook in a greased jaffle iron or frying pan (or in a toasted-sandwich maker) until golden, crisp and the cheese has melted.
