Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C. Cook 4 potatoes following instructions. Meanwhile, heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a large frying pan on high.
2.Saute 1 chopped chorizo and 1/2 small chopped onion 2-3 minutes, until chorizo browns. Stir 400g can baked beans and 2 tablespoons harissa paste through. Simmer 2-3 minutes.
3.Cut a cross halfway through each potato. Place on a foil-lined oven tray. Spoon mixture between potatoes. Sprinkle with 1 cup grated tasty cheese.
4.Bake 5 minutes, until cheese is melted and golden. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, to serve.
