Ingredients

Method

1.In a medium saucepan, combine rice and water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 8-10 minutes until water has been absorbed.
2.Stir in milk, apricots, peaches, currants, sugar, vanilla and spices. Return to boil. Simmer, stirring, for 40-45 minutes until rice is tender.
3.Serve topped with yoghurt. Drizzle with honey.
