Ingredients

Method

1.In a large saucepan, combine water, sugar, juice, peel, star anise and vanilla. Stir over low heat until sugar dissolves.
2.Add pears, mandarin and apricots. Bring to simmer. Cook, covered, 4-5 minutes until fruit softens slightly. Stir in raspberries. Remove from heat. Cool slightly.
3.Serve fruit and syrup in bowls topped with yoghurt.

Use any type of dried or frozen fruit you already have.
