1.Combine flour, paprika and cayenne. Heat half the oil in a saucepan on high.
2.Toss pork in flour mixture. Cook pork in 2 batches, for 2-3 minutes, until browned.
3.Heat remaining oil in same pan. Saute onion for 2-3 minutes. Add potato, tomatoes, stock, cinnamon and bay leaf. Stir pork through.
4.Bring to boil then reduce heat. Simmer for 45 minutes, until pork is tender. Stir in beans and cook for 4-5 minutes, until heated through. Season to taste.
5.Meanwhile, combine couscous and water. Cover and set aside for 5 minutes, until liquid is absorbed. Fluff with a fork.
6.Serve hot pot on couscous, sprinkled with chopped parsley.
