Method
1.To make butter cream; beat butter until white as possible, gradually beat in half the sifted icing sugar then milk, then remaining icing sugar. Beat until smooth.
2.Secure cakes, side-by-side, to cake board with a little frosting or butter cream; spread top and sides with frosting or butter cream.
3.Tie red snakes into knots; trim tails, discard (or eat) tails. Using picture as a guide, decorate cake top with knotted snake heads, spearmint leaves, jelly beans, jubes and nerds to make flower patterns on cake. Use the thinly sliced green snakes to make stems and tendrils.
EQUIPMENT 30cm x 40cm (12-inch x 16-inch) rectangular cake board You can use butter cream instead of the vanilla frosting. We used a variety of different jubes to get different shapes.
