6.Bring meat back to room temperature. Form lamb mince into a long sausage and thread onto a long metal skewer. Thread the chicken onto a metal skewer, and the cubes of lamb onto another. Cook the skewers and the lamb cutlets on a charcoal barbecue grill, or in a griddle pan or frying pan on your stovetop.
To serve
