Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C. Line a baking tray with foil.
2.Combine lamb, onion, egg and sauce in a mixing bowl. Season to taste.
3.Form into walnut-sized balls. Arrange on prepared tray. Spray with oil.
4.Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and cooked through.
5.Allow to cool. Store, chilled, in an airtight container. Delicious warm or cold. Serve with tabouli, lebanese bread and hummus.

You can also use chicken, pork or beef mince to make this dish.
