Method
1.Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan on high. Stir-fry fish 2-3 minutes, until cooked through.
2.Add frozen vegetables, bamboo shoots and ginger. Stir-fry 1-2 minutes, until hot.
3.Reduce heat to medium. Pour sauce over fish and vegetables. Bring to simmer.
4.Sprinkle with sliced green onion and serve with steamed rice.
