Method
1.Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Cut off top and bottom of each onion. Scoop out centres, leaving a 0.5cm shell.
2.Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan on medium. Saute chopped onion, bacon and garlic 3 minutes. Remove from heat; stir through feta, olives and breadcrumbs.
3.Microwave onion shells on high for 2 minutes, until just tender. Spoon stuffing into cavities. Place on a lined baking tray. Bake 10-15 minutes. Serve.
