Method
1.Heat oil in wok and stir-fry chilli, garlic and ginger 1 minute.
2.Add choy sum and stir-fry until almost tender. Add sauce and juice, then stir-fry until hot.
3.Serve stir-fry sprinkled with nuts.
Buk choy and gai lan can also be cooked this way.
