Sichuan pork and tofu

Ingredients

Method

1.Heat the oil in a large frying pan and cook the pork mince. Add the garlic, ginger, chilli, pepper and beans and fry for a few minutes.
2.Mix chilli soy paste, wine, soy sauce, sugar and dried chillies together in a bowl, add to the frying pan and cook for 5 minutes.
3.Mix the water and cornflour together and add to the pan. Bring to the boil then add the tofu and heat through.
4.Serve in bowls with rice. Garnish with spring onions and coriander leaves.
