1.Mix coconut cream, crunchy peanut butter, garlic, chilli, fish sauce and kecap manis in medium jug.
2.Thread beef onto pre-soaked bamboo skewers. Brush ½ cup of the satay sauce over beef. Cook on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until cooked as desired.
3.Bring remaining satay sauce to a boil in small saucepan; drizzle over skewers to serve. Goes well with steamed rice.
