Ingredients

Method

1.Whisk mayonnaise and horseradish cream together in a bowl. Season.
2.Place bread on a board. Spread with mayonnaise mixture. Top with lettuce, pastrami beetroot and celery. Roll up tightly. Serve.

Drain baby beets well, then pat with several layers of paper towel until completely dry to prevent ‘bleeding’ when in wraps.
