Method
1.In a small bowl, combine half of the oil, half of the juice and garlic. Rub over steaks. Set aside.
2.In a large bowl, combine beans, corn, capsicum, radish and coriander. Combine remaining oil and juice; toss through. Season to taste.
3.Heat a char-grill pan on high. Cook steaks 1 minute each side, to seal. Season to taste.
4.Rest 2 minutes. Slice and arrange over salad. Serve with tortillas.
For an added flavour hit, sprinkle steaks with a little taco seasoning or cayenne before cooking.
