Method

1.Preheat oven to hot, 200°C. Lightly grease a large baking tray.
2.Heat oil in a saucepan on medium. Sauté‚ onion and garlic 2-3 minutes, until tender. Add mince. Cook 5 minutes, until well browned, breaking up lumps with back of spoon as lamb cooks. Set aside.
3.Roll dough into a 15cm x 40cm rectangle. Spread with tomato paste. Top with the lamb mixture, tomatoes and mint. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
4.Bake 20-25 minutes, until pizza is golden. Cut into squares. Serve topped with yoghurt.
